  Bag’s prices aren’t well indicated or accessible and the staff gives just estimation of price. So complicated to shop… too bad for you.

  Don’t drop a bag off for repair - goes into a black hole. Dropped a bag off for repair over 8 weeks ago. Was told it would come back in 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks passed and I heard nothing. Called the store and the associate rudely informed me the Paris repair shop was on holiday and to expect a delay; no ETA. Called back two weeks later and couldn’t even reach an associate. The delay on a free repair isn’t the problem- it’s the inability to get any sense of where my bag is. At this point I’m convinced Longchamp has essentially stolen my bag and I’ll never see it again.

  Had a great experience, I was immediately greeted with very kind people. A man named James helped me and lady named leila was very sweet and put a heart on my bag which is really cute and they both held lighthearted conversations with me which I really appreciate.
