Very disappointing customer service. The worst I've encountered. It's clear from other reviews that I'm not alone in this experience. One of the older staff members even went so far as to accuse me of wearing a fake Longchamp bag, while the other employees heard this and laughed in the corner of the store. Not only untrue but incredibly rude and uncalled for. The attitude was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to seriously reconsider who they hire and ensure that all staff receive proper training in professionalism, customer service, and basic respect. Fortunately, someone else captured a photo of these rude employees—the one I dealt with is on the far left wearing glasses.

Avoid this store at all costs. There is an old French lady who works there (blonde hair), Walked in with 2 people who were POC and she was beyond rude, staring at them up and down and giving short answers + unwilling to help. I have never walked into a store and been treated so rudely. We witnessed her interacting with other people who weren’t POC and she was completely normal.

I’m a big fan of Longchamp and have given this place a couple of tries but unfortunately, most of my experiences weren’t so good due to the employees but today was the worst one yet. From the moment I went in, one of the employees named Liliana immediately stuck to my side and wouldn’t let me breathe, hovering over me and constantly asking if I needed any help. When I said I was just looking for now, she proceeded to follow me around the store and just made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I needed to buy a gift so I couldn’t just leave even though I wanted to and asked for the price of a bag that I was interested in. She told me the price but then kept constantly talking on how great the bag was and just wouldn’t let me think. Every time I asked about another bag, she constantly was chattering to herself and wouldn’t even listen. Eventually I had to FaceTime a friend so that she wouldn’t bother me and I could ask for some opinions but it was clear that she was getting impatient and just had an annoyed attitude. I ended up purchasing a Le Pliage but the whole experience was a 0. The only reason why I gave this a 1 was because there was another employee who talked to me briefly and seemed nicer before Liliana budged in. Got to fire that woman!

this lady right here is the most rudest person ever my sister was there shopping calmly and this lady decided to lie to her straight to her face,excuse me..no this lady deserves to be fired for her rudeness
