  My best impression was the Longchamp sale representative as soon as I entered the store. They welcomed me with sincerely smile and offered some choices of beverages. Then they tried to show any items that I wished to have a look. Although I didn’t find anything I liked in the store, I would definitely go back again if I happen to be in Boston next time!! Appreciate your warm hospitality ❤️

  I visited the Longchamp Newbury Street store with my partner on the evening of 9/20 intending to buy a bag. We went to the section where the style I wanted was displayed in multiples, clearly laid out like shoppable inventory. I picked up the mocha color I liked and set it on the table to compare sizes. A male associate working the closing/night shift immediately shot us a condescending, almost disgusted look and—while still helping another customer—snatched the bags out of my hands. He said the mocha color “wasn’t available.” If the color truly wasn’t available, that’s fine. But there is no reason to be rude, and it makes no sense to keep a sold-out color on display with what looks like available inventory if customers aren’t allowed to touch it. When we asked what colors were in stock, he responded in an annoyed, dismissive tone. My partner and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We’re not sure if it had anything to do with the way we looked given that we’re both indigenous and young college students. I walked in ready to spend money and left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Extremely disappointing experience.

  One of the women works in the back is very rude, she is cold and not welcoming, she made me feel I couldn’t afford the bag and shouldn’t be there. Terrible customer service!

  Older women with shoulder length brown hair at register was rude and should not be working in a high end store.

  Awful customer service . Came in here with my kids completely ignored did not welcome us in. Just dirty looks and staring up and down at my children. Scolded about my child holding a juice in her stroller. Walked right out and over to Saks to purchase .
