  C'est de loin la meilleure experience d'emmenagement que j'ai vécu. Le batiment est propre et bien maintenu. Camellia nous a bien acceuillit et nous a trouvé des solutions a toutes nos requêtes. Chapeau à la nouvelle équipe du management👍🏾👏🏾

  Good: Great location, close to two metro stations, highway, airport, grocery stores. Quiet rural area. Bad: Building management (Lokalia), frequently bursting pipes with flooding of apartments, cleanliness of common areas and bad waste management. Rent is highly dependent on the floor and view. Kitchen is fully equipped and ensuite washer/dryer are a plus. I felt safe in the neighborhood, but building is terribly mismanaged and quality of living is deteriorating.
