  We have been living in this building for the past 3 years. Our unit is very large compared to other 4 1/2 on the market and it is newly renovated. The highligh, though, is the wonderful staff that is always attentive and responsive and incredibly efficient at making sure we were happy tenants! Ashley, the leasing agent, and Salehe, the building administrator, are truly amazing and have made our experience at the montefiore an absolute pleasure!

  I had the BEST experience with Ashley! I had to find an apartment while still living out of Montreal and she made the whole process very easy - from getting all the information I needed about the apartments available at the Montefiore, to scheduling a virtual tour of the apartment, to responding to ALL my questions about the lease and everything else almost immediately! Definitely recommend contacting Ashley!

  I had the most positive experience with Ashley, the agent at Le Montefiore, she deserves a fabulous review. I visited many apartment buildings searching for a place to rent and nobody gave me the service that Ashley did, she show me the apartments, explained the facilities and the neighborhood, she listened to my comments and my needs. I thank you for your patience and your flexibility.

  Complete garbage building my mother in law is getting hydro bills for a one bedroom that are higher than my house. Terrible management never answer calls always changing staff. Avoid this building at all costs you're better off living in the metro
