  Great service and communication throughout the process from start to finish. Technicians arrived on time and assessed the problem. Ultimately a septic tank issue needing to be pumped. Lead Technician MarDarius recommended a company and even got them on the phone to schedule the required pumping service. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and punctuality of the Technicians and the No Service Call fee. It is refreshing this day and time to find a company that is honest and puts the Customer first. I highly recommend Zoom Drain. Chuck Allen

  We love Zoom Drain! They come out to service the property i work at and they are just amazing! Tristan was amazing and got the work done quickly and correctly! You couldn't ask for a better plumbing company!

  MarDarius was amazing! He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and promptly addressed it. He communicated extremely well regarding the details of the issue and what was needed to correct it. The cost of repairs was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any of your sewer or drain needs!
