  A grease trap installation can be very stressful and expensive, especially for a very small business like ours that is just getting started. Bryce from Zoom Drain was the last person we spoke with, and after that conversation, the decision was immediate. Not only did he offer a very fair price, but the most valuable part was his guidance and genuine commitment to his clients. Bryce inspires trust and peace of mind from the very beginning. Some highlights of our experience: Clear and honest guidance. Flexibility to adjust to our schedule so our bakery operations were not interrupted. He coordinated absolutely everything to start the job on the agreed date and time. Natural challenges that came up during this kind of work were handled with complete professionalism. Honestly, I feel I’m not doing justice to how positive the experience was with Bryce and Zoom Drain. The stress completely disappears, and the whole process turns into something pleasant.

  Today Zoom Drain came to my home in Sandy Springs. The most professional young man named Kahalil Trowell was my technician. Extremely knowledgeable, articulate and friendly. He examined the drains both in the home and to the street and showed me detailed photo/video results. Fortunately I didn't have the problem I thought. Again, Kahalil was very professional with his explanation and assured me everything was ok. I must also mention Zoom Drain's Manager, Barbie. She not only schedule the appointment, she followed up several times to ensure the timing was still good and called me the morning of the service to let me know that Kahalil was on his way to my home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZOOM DRAIN for all of your plumbing needs, not only drain work but for plumbing work as well, to include faucet installation, or any type of in door or outdoor plumbing work. They are 5 STARS in my book!! Keep it up Zoom Drain!!!

  Kahlil was very polite, introduced himself, went to work right away and kept me informed on the plumbing situation as it progressed. He ran into some bumps in the pipes along the way but was determined to get us flowing again. He finally made it to the problem and discovered some damage. His persistence paid off and he was able to clear the blockage at the damage and get us flowing again. Most would've given up by now. As an ex-shop dude and current professional artist, that kind of work ethic is what pleases me. He got us going and gave us time to prepare to get the repair done. Thanks

  This company is the truth. I was having a bit of an emergency with all three toilets in my home clogged. Ibn from zoom drain came out, was kind, professional and got right to work. The prices are truly unbeatable, he even completed a curtesy clear and check of things for me. Answered all of my questions and gave me a few tips for avoiding problems in the future. Top tier customer service from start to finish. I won’t work with any other company for my plumbing and drainage needs.
