Can't speak for the work as I found another company but beware - this took 6 hours to arrive and waste my time.

Was able to quickly determine the source of the block and gave a couple of options to resolve it. We had a large grease build up blocking the line and elected to have it water jetted out. Preston took his time making sure he had vision of the pipe with his camera and ensuring he fully cleared the grease blockage out and got the pipe back to free flowing. Fast professional service much appreciated in a stressful time. Much appreciated and recommended.

Very smart and professional straight forward with what he thought might be the issue I was having. And fast to get to the job and get job done. Had a problem with my job. Aaron had the knowledge and experience with patients to overcome the problem I had and get job done in a timely manner with no mess. Thats a bonus. No mess.

Preston called ahead to give me his expected arrival time & arrived when he said he would. He was enthusiastic, professional, and provided me with helpful information to mitigate future problems. He was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. I’ve had other plumbers over the years and by far Preston was the most pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Zoom Drain.
