  It's near my work so thought I'd give it a try. Bought the cheap wash figuring I want my car clean but don't need the waxes. Well, after a trip through, all wheels were still dirty from brake dust. I complained and they said you have to buy the $18 wash to get the wheels clean and gave me a couple towels for me to clean my wheels with. After wiping off my wheels (wish I had taken picture as to how bad they looked AFTER the car wash) I noticed the whole backend of the car was still dirty. They ran me through again with one of the better wash settings, but did nothing to pretreat the areas missed by the first wash. Even with the more expensive wash the back side of the car was still dirty. I told them again it was still not clean. They replied that it's not perfect and offered me some more towels to wipe the dirt off the back end of my car. I told them no thanks as I did not want to wipe the painted areas of a dry dirty car with towels. Guys were nice enough but I'll take my business someplace where they, not me, actually clean the whole car. Glad I didn't subscribe to the monthly package.
