- MKMartha KeatingJun 15, 20252.0I still keep going there but I need to switch and have been meaning to. There gas been about 3 times ive gone and there was no assistant out there however there is a new crew now my only complaints is twice this week Wednesday and today Ive gone and there were no towel and spray cart out. Wednesday I asked for some the young man said they got rained on and he was washing them...I said oh ok sounds like a reasonable reason. Then today there was the same issue and same young man. I was going to the door and he rushes out with 2 towels and hands them to me. Mind you i detail clean my car so 2 isn't going to cut it and fortunately I had accidentally left one of yalls sprays in my car from a previous visit. He didnt being any out till about 30 mins later when a guest asked me where to get it and I instructed them to knock in the door. At this time he does bring out the cart. My only other issue is yalls closing time.. like seriously for one, majority of people dont get outta work till 5 then still have to drive to the car wash and its not like there is several locations. And 2 we are in texas, come the hotter months we are going to be in heat advisorys and noone will want to be out there before 6 to wash there car. That is the main reason I will have to switch soon bc I need a car wash that is open later.

I look forward visiting Zips if I'm having a hard day. I know it's going to be a relaxing experience going through their wash. The staff is always professionally dressed and visible.
