  As a Ukrainian immigrant who just arrived in America, my English is still pretty rough, but Brent made everything so easy for me at the pay screen with his tablet. He took the time to explain the membership details thoroughly, ensuring I understood everything, especially that it was a recurring charge. I really appreciate his patience and clarity, it made me feel grateful knowing he wasn’t just trying to take advantage of me. Brent truly made my experience better, and I would recommend this place 100 times over! Thank you, Brent!

  I can't say enough good things about Brent at Zips Car Wash! He sold me a membership, and it’s been fantastic—I use it all the time! The washes are top-notch, and the vacuums are much better than they used to be, making my car look amazing every visit. Brent always has a smile on his face and is a true leader, you can see how much he cares. The site has transformed since he arrived, and that’s why I decided to become a member! He’s really turned things around for the better!

My car looks spotless every time, and I love how the vacuums really pack a punch.   Brent was fantastic throughout my entire service. I usually come in for a Basic Wash, but I left with a premier membership and now I’m able to ensure that my Subie stays SPOTLESS!!! The only downside is when I grabbed towels; I heard the site manager (a gentlemen with some pubes on his face) being rather rude to another one of his employees. Doesn’t seem like a fun guy to work for.
