Coming in to Hilton Head on Saturday afternoon 9/13 and got lot of bug hits on front of car. Stopped at Zips for a basic wash, the pay terminals were out and a young lady was taking wash orders on a hand held. Told her I just needed a basic $9 wash but later that day when I checked my Apple Card the charge was $17! The car wash I got was fine, but shouldn’t I get an $8 refund?

This place has been COMPLETELY TURNED AROUND by Amelia! It used to be terrible but now it is awesome! Give them another try!
