  Half of the equipment doesn't work. I have the premium package for a month and I can't get a decent car wash. They never have every piece of the car wash working.

  Lacie greeted me and was very friendly, patient and kind. I stayed for a very long time cleaning my home on wheels.

  Today i went to zips to wash my new car and the sticker wasnt scanning and out came cameron and quickly resolved the issue. He also set up the zips app on my iphone so i could manage my account from there since my debit card is about to expire. Cameron is a real asset to zips and he really knows his job. He also explained that i need to remove the park brake hold feature my new car has when entering the wash bay. He also gave me a complimentary air freshener for my new car. I hope you realize what a great employee you have with Cameron. He definitely made this transition perfect Thanks Tonya Comer
