  Went to the millertown Pike near the Amazon in Knoxville Tennessee and Terrohn took very good care of a situation that I had I believe he's a manager he did a great job thank you

  The member of your staff that helped me went above and beyond to get me through the wash quickly and easily. He cleaned the bed of my truck out when I failed to do so properly and did it with a smile. I offered him a cash tip for doing so which he politely refused and said he was happy to be able to help. I wish everywhere had people like him. His name was Terrohn and he was AWESOME!!

  09/08/2025 It's closed at 8:30A. There are workers present, for I watched them open the door and look out at us in line here thirty minutes post open time.

  The problem with this business is that they tell one price and all of a sudden they'll charge a different price from your checking account and don't tell you about it untill you see it in your account statement. The system they use, even thou the wash is decent and works pretty good, it still antiquated compared with other similar car washers in the area. The wheels dragging mechanism ruined all of my expensive wheel in my Jaguar. The tire shine solution leaves a dark oily blob all over my wheels Everytime. There are hardly anyone attending the wash line. Only one person handling the new customers and the ones with membership. They don't pay enough to the attendants, so they quit constantly. I am cancelling this week and moving to Harper. Maybe a little more expensive, but it makes a big difference!

  It does not good to wash your car and isn't to have that greasy tire shine to put on the wheels only to have to wash your car when you get home from the tire shine that's thrown all down the sides. Thinking about canceling my membership.
