  My car was damaged. My side mirror was was broken. So I did claim on it and they denied me to fix it. So be careful. Make sure you look at you car before and after. I have closed my account with them. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get this fix.

  Just left the wash I was vacuuming my car and had my mats on the ground a worker I believe said his name was ja came up to me and sprayed my mats off an also help me decide on which wash I should get he was helpful and so was the young lady in the tunnel

  I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash thanks to Christian. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Excellent customer service—made the visit quick and easy. Highly recommend!

  Cody was phenomenal from the moment I drove up to the car wash. He gladly helped me out with getting my wash activated. Cody even went the extra mile and showed care by getting his tool and helped remove my old sticker from the inside of my vehicle. Keep shinin Cody!!
