I went in to get this corrected and was instead given a number to call for a refund. Of course, that person said it had to be processed by another dept who then sent me an email saying the refund was denied because I missed a deadline. Basically lied to multiple times. I canceled and won't use them again, after this final month I was overcharged for.

Also paid for tire shine and didn't see the wash do that. The light for that feature never turned on like the rest during my wash. I paid over $30 and couldn't complete the task of cleaning my car.

I was greeted with smiles and kindness & we all know that is super rare these days. - HEHeather EmersonOct 13, 20255.0Some years back the cost of memberships went up. With that increase the service was to include a pre-wash from the car wash attendant. I have discovered that only seems to happen about half the time. I really appreciate when the attendant does pre-wash my car as I have to park outside, so my car really needs it. The car wash attendant on 10/5/25 at 1:20pm was excellent. He had a friendly demeanor even with there being quite a line up of cars. He took the time, and was efficient in thoroughly pre-washing every car before it fully entered the car wash. He is a fantastic example of excellent customer service. I rarely write reviews, but was so impressed that I wanted to take the time to acknowledge him. I wish I would have gotten his name. He is a tall,slender young gentleman with light brown curly hair and glasses. Please pass on my thanks to him.
