    We ordered indoor shutters from Zingas on July 9 and paid 2/3 down. The salesman was very nice, professional and responsive during the sales process, and told us it was about a 6 week turnaround. However, once they had our money, we could not get him to return calls. In late August, we finally were contacted by someone else who told us they would be our contact going forward, and our shutters would be ready by "mid October." I said no, we were told 6 weeks which would put them due right now. She had no explanation other than that's what her timeline showed. I asked her to find out what happened and get back to us with an explanation. After not hearing from her for about 10 days we contacted her again. She gave us the same run around until finally admitting our order got delayed because "they didn't know what you wanted on one of the shutters." None of that made sense because all the shutters are the same, but I asked "why didn't you call and ask us?" No direct answer, just another promise they would be here by mid October. Seeing we would get nowhere with this person we ended the call. I have no idea if our shutters will actually be delivered or not. In the meantime we have no coverings on our windows. We'll see what happens mid October. Well, update on our shutters. After waiting 3 months, our shutters arrived this morning and they are the WRONG SIZE!!! This is the worst company EVER! I will never do business with them again and I will discourage anyone I can not to do business with them either. Unbelievable

    This is my second purchase with Zinga's. The first went amazingly well. For this second one, my frustration has been with scheduling. I was given a date for install that did not fit. I gave an alternative week which was two weeks out and was told they would confirm a date. TWO weeks later, they confirmed a new date but by that time, our schedule had changed. At this point I started to receive a rude tone from the scheduler. She mentioned getting me a new date but didn't do so until two days later. She gave me one date and one time slot and became frustrated when I asked for some flexibility for that week with this paragraph: "Please understand that when you give me dates, I am moving a whole schedule around to accommodate you." What baffles me is that there is this back and forth via text and it is painful with the delays in responses. If one makes an appointment at any other organization, they open up a schedule and can see available time slots in real time. I'm not asking to be accommodated. I'm asking for a simple "what's the first available the week of....". Then it is days, sometimes two weeks, to get a response.

    Kiersten and Andrew were great to work with. Returned calls and did everything they said they would. Quality people. I would not recommend working with Kevin Cosper the sales associate. Didn’t return calls or texts.

    I could not be more thoroughly satisfied with my experience(s) with Zingas! They are extremely accurate, understanding, accommodating, and innovative, while maintaining very conscientious communication skills following their initial homesite assessment and post installation evaluation. Their entire line of products provide excellent value for the price. The selection and quality of their products is superb. And last, but by no means least, the personalities of everyone involved in the process are well beyond delightful--beginning with the initial appointment scheduler, followed by the preliminary home visit, and culminating with the actual installation. All of the individuals involved take great pride in their work and obviously appear to thoroughly enjoy their work. I have contracted with Zingas on two different occasions, involving two different homes--and I will enthusiastically employ them for any and all future window treatment needs! Robert W. Richey, MD
