Their teams from with Casey Sutton sales, assessment to installation were top-notch. These guys install screens every day they know exactly what they’re doing so professional. Once the installation is done they’re still working. Jessica, my customer service rep reached out multiple times to make sure everything was working properly, and I was completely satisfied. I’m telling all my neighbors about them.

- CBCherie BoxbergerAug 25, 20252.0I would not recommend this company. I ordered $9K of shutters. I was told 8 - 12 weeks for delivery. They were installed beyond 20 weeks. When they completed installation there were two problems (a shutter that drags and 2 large shutters that hang down at an angle over 2 inches). I was not offered that the installer return. I was simply read "page 6 of my contract" that says I purchased a composite shutter so shouldn't expect them to fit. No option for adjustment. I have paid my balance and requested their "love it or replace it" guarantee - but have heard nothing. The product looks nice - but their complete lack of updates, timely installation and no concern for my overall satisfaction once they get their money is sad. I'm sure there are better providers.
