Zero Rez Tucson is no longer 4.9 star company it used to be. I am amazed at how their standards have changed downward. From dishonesty in the front office to total disregard for care of the customer and quality of work in the home. The first of the three issues was not nearly as disturbing has the last two - First - I asked and kindly shared multiple times with the front office - for an appointment NO earlier than 10am - so the office gave me the 10am to 12 spot - I work at night so I am not asleep until 5am, so the time I shared with them, was very important and I kindly expressed that to them. None the less, the tech started ringing my phone an hour and half early to get started. The next two issues were far more damaging and reflective of the companies downward standard changes. I was in another room when the tech was cleaning the tile, and I heard a banging noise, I rushed to find out what the noise was and the tech was literally banging the the cleaning machine - back and forth against the custom made, hand stained and varnished cabinets. Imagine, having a tech, pushing and BANGING back and forth a heavy machine, with water pouring out, against your wood kitchen cabinets. It was honestly surreal - I kindly said, hey , hey wooo !
and took a deep breath, we got past that, got vacuum and quickly tried to all the water that had gone under cabinets out. Moving on, we get to payment. I had previously varied with the office that I could use the $20.00 discount CARD I had received from them (Zero Rez Tucson) the last time they cleaned, I was specific and said the "the $20.00 discount card I had received the last time they came so there would be NO confusion. When I handed the card to the tech for the discount he said, "no you can't use this card for the discount" I kindly explained, I verified with the office that, "I could use this card" - he said, let me call and check' . The answer was "no you have to have a coupon" - I again very nicely shared, "but I was specific and said I had the gift CARD" Again, they would not HONOR what I was told. I don't know of a reputable company that won't stand behind - what they tell a customer but like everything else with this experience there was no regard for , the customer, my property or honoring their word. This is NOT the same service I have had in years past. My guess they are relying on their relying on, previous 5 stars to now give one star service. The reason for one star was, the tech really nice.
