  I had a car go down in a two car family and I needed a vehicle. I applied for financing online and Jacob called me right away. We talked and he walked me through the steps. He was able to get me into a vehicle I was interested in. The only hassles I encountered were caused by me and even then Jacob was very professional and understanding. I highly recommend Zeke’s and if you choose to visit them talk to Jacob. You won’t regret it.

  I had the BEST experience buying my Mercedes from Zeke’s Automotive Group! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase.   I came in to Zeke's Automotive and immediately was met with friendly, trustworthy, and kind people who helped me through the entire process of buying a car. This was my first time buying a car, and Riker made sure that we had all the information we needed, gave us his personal recommendations, and made sure we left the dealership feeling secure and we walked out same day with a car that we loved.

  I went to Zeke's in August to look into buying my first car. From the start we were greeted with the best customer service. Ryker was an amazing help from the second we arrived. He was super welcoming and knew what he was talking about. I told him my price range and what I was looking for, and he pulled up many cars to choose from. All of the cars on the lot were in good condition and I felt safe driving any of them. Ryker was very honest about all of the cars and made my decision even easier. I left with the perfect car for me and am still so happy with it. The entire process was a breeze and while we were there for a a few hours to set up the payment process, it was not stressful at all. Even a month after buying my car, Ryker is still super helpful. He was able to walk me through the payment process and make what could be a stressful situation, an easy process. Highly recommend going to Zeke's! If you do, request Ryker.

  So I will start but saying I hate care salesman to my core. I don’t like the finance staff or anyone else when typically buying a car. Zekes is the Exception not the rule. I will start by saying Riker was awesome and he knew his stuff. He wasn’t pushy. He was quick and attentive. Alex was amazing with coming to the table without low balling me on the price for my trade in, this made life much easier without having to haggle back and forth. Jessy did awesome with providing every detail possible to ensure all our questions were answered and if they weren’t he got the answer. Chris was fantastic. He made sure everything worked on the vehicle and even was able to get it all filled up for my daughter to drive her first big “ dream car” home. The pricing was unbeatable. We have searched for hours and hours and Zekes delivered. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars as this place deserves that and more. Keep doing what you guys do cause this is how you gain and retain business!
