My family and I have had dealings with Zavius for years, so going to them for wedding rings was our choice. The sales rep was very nice and helpful, but there were issues with the entire process. The engagement ring was purchased and resized with no issues but when it came time to resell some old jewelry and purchase a wedding band problems came up. I took old jewelry in to receive credit for the new band and Louis took it all, did not offer me or give me paperwork or gold value of my trade in. I picked out a band that would have to be remade with a few extra diamonds added to the sides. He took money off the price of the band, said we’ll figure out your credit when it’s done and said we’ll call you in a few days. I left feeling unsure, and sort of taken advantage of. When my ring was done it was not what I asked for. When discussing the issue with Louis he was very dismissive and told me my rings “don’t need to match” told me I would get used to it, said something about modifying my engagement band, and sent me on my way. I was not happy, the diamonds were the wrong size and not at all what I wanted. So I came back in two different times to sort out the issue. Finally after some tense discussion I settled on something after he told me the original ring I picked out couldn’t be made. I said that’s a fair compromise, he said “it’s not a compromise, I still have to remake the ring”
So the ring was sent to be made and needed to be done before the wedding in a week. I was very clear about the date it needed to be done and their paperwork had a special note stating when it needed to be done. The day it was supposed to be finished came and went and no ring. We had to leave town the next day for the wedding, so I called the store and they couldn’t find the order. When they found the ring it wasn’t done, and I had to have a family member pick it up later that day so we weren’t late for the wedding. When I received the ring it was wrong again and I had to return the ring to have two more diamonds added to the band. The diamonds also look like they are placed crooked in the band. When I took the ring to the store they said, it was very last minute so he just had to finish fast. The last and final time the ring was returned to me it seems that the two diamonds were hastily placed in the setting(they don’t line up smoothly) there are bumps on the band where it should be smooth and tool marks left in the side of the band and on the inside. I don’t even want to take the ring back to show them the imperfections because I don’t trust that they will repair or make another ring with care.

I’m so thankful I decided to go to Zavius. They fixed a necklace of mine and my wedding ring that I bought somewhere else. They are reasonably priced and very kind. The staff gave me good advice about caring for my jewelry and were very honest and polite. I will be taking my business there from now on!

Why would anyone purchase a ring from a store that refuses to clean it for free? I have had nothing but issues from this place. From getting paper work, to having the ring cleaned. I would not recommend this place. Husband wishes he would have used a different store.

Rushed in off the interstate and bought a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings for my wife , they removed the diamonds from the settings they were in and put them in ones in amazing speed. The entire store is staffed with kind attentive professionals. Thank you!
Go here for black rhodium! They're the only local place I've found that does it in-house, anywhere else will send it out and take 2+ weeks. Luis plated my ring while I waited in store and it looks perfect.
