  By far the best tour I have ever been in! This tour was definitely a breath of fresh air after touring other communities around the area with terrible leasing agents that hate to do their job, tell you they have nothing to tour, dismissive, ask you to do a self-guided, mediocre customer service, etc. As soon as I walked in, she stood up from her chair and welcomed me in so pleasantly. Not to mention I was 15 mins late to my tour. She was so pleasant with me and my kids. Made me feel right at home. Her customer service is unmatched. Not to mention the property was so clean! 10/10 Recommend! Thank you, Yesenia!

  My wife and I just moved to Zang Triangle, and the experience has been amazing! Yesenia has been so kind and made the whole process very smooth and easy.

  In the few months I’ve been here, I’ve learned about bug infestations and other issues in the building because they don’t have proper cleaning coverage throughout the week and weekend. On my floor, you can expect, as you walk to your mailbox, to smell the garbage through the halls and see trash overflowing in the hallway. And the hallways themselves are dirty, its not uncommon to see cockroaches in the hallways in the evening. Cars can easily get broken into because the building and garage aren’t secure. You can never feel comfortable leaving anything in your car. Right now, there isn’t even a working fob for the parking garage to access the building on my floor. Us tenants are having to keep it propped open with something so we can come and go without entering from the street. Before they started their recent painting project, the fob entry for the street had already broken for weeks, so literally anyone could walk in at any time. As a woman especially, I would never recommend this place now having lived here. When I toured I was excited, but didn’t fully know what I was getting into and thought it was a solid choice. I now see I was mistaken and should have looked around more. I’ve seen multiple concerning situations with homeless people outside who can walk in whenever, and even harassment from a tenants’ male guest—and management never followed up in a meaningful way to address it. The leasing office's customer facing staff has always been pleasant, but not fully transparent about ongoing/unresolved issues. The cleanliness problems and lack of follow through to prioritize tenants safety is very alarming. And when I toured the building, I was told that maintenance is on staff nearly daily, yet the security fobs have been broken since I moved in with no urgency to address that. They've been working on painting and internet installations, but not securing the buildings access points. They clearly could care less. Currently Zang Triangle is not worth the money or stress. It is in a convenient location and the gym equipment is modern. However, I would not recommend considering moving here. Especially when there are other nearby apartment complexes in the area with competitive prices for the same amenities that offer better quality, cleanliness, and most importantly security.

  I toured with Yesenia. While I did not choose this complex due to its distance from my work, Yesenia did a great job giving me an informative tour. The apartments were really nice and I was a huge fan of the studio I looked at. Again, location didn’t work out for me, but Yesenia was awesome.

  Stayed here for a year had no problems. Management and maintenance team were amazing, always fixed everything in a timely manner. Property very chill and quiet nothing out of the ordinary. Only left because I found something a bit more in my price range but I would move back instantly if I could.
