  Exceptional service on every level! As one of those people who doesn't know anything about cars, it's overwhelming and nerve-wracking to have to deal with anything related to my car. I don't know what I need and don't need and I worry about being taken advantage of. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Zamora's. It was a truly delightful experience from my first phone call through picking up my Palisade (which looks brand new!). Every single person I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company and Enterprise to bring the rental car to Zamora's. The communication throughout was proactive, clear and transparent. There were no surprises, they never dragged their feet, the work was done right and done on time. I truly felt taken care of and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  I recently took my car to Zamora's Body Shop for an estimate on damages after being rear-ended, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and truly exceptional. Exceptional Service and Communication: Right from the initial contact for the estimate, they were incredibly friendly and professional. They had availability right away, which was a huge relief. The staff was detailed in showing me exactly what repairs would be done and patiently answered all my questions. When I dropped off the car, the same high level of service continued. They called me with updates on the repair status and gave an estimated completion time that was met exactly as promised. The Finished Product: My car looks absolutely awesome! The repair work is flawless. However, the biggest and most delightful surprise was picking up my vehicle and finding it had been completely cleaned inside and out! I was planning to take it to the car wash that same day, and they had already cleaned it better than when I left it. This level of attention to detail and care for the customer is truly rare. Professional and Kind Staff: Everyone I interacted with, from the ladies at the front desk to the gentleman handling my estimate, was extremely professional, kind, and informative. It was a wonderful experience overall. If you need a body shop, look no further than Zamora's. Thank you so much for the wonderful work, guys! I will absolutely recommend you to all my friends and family.

  Has anyone else had problems with these guys charging drastically upwards of the estimate ? Trying to gauge if it’s an honest few mistakes or a crime. Dented car and initially got a $1700 estimate, then got a call it was $3000 which I said was too much- and I had to pay several hundred in labor to even get the car. Had more cash months later, got another estimate that was about 3k as well and decided to take it back. Again, got a call it was now $4300 because of problems they discovered?? I told them to fix it because I don’t want to be stuck paying a bunch of money again for nothing . At the same time, they’ve taken the bumper off twice and I was upfront about the issues . Looking for commonality to determine if this is a bait and switch

  My driver's side Window Regulator stopped working. It was stuck open. My wife was keen on assuring that we could get it working again because I keep the car in a parking spot outside. She called Zamora's Auto Body (October 2, 2025) because they have always worked with us after an accident or when one of our cars had been vandalized. Zamora's said bring it in. The staff worked with it while we were there and found that the problem required some new parts or even a new Window Regulator. We said go ahead. This afternoon (October 3, 2025) they had the window operating good as new. They even gave the car back cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I am so grateful for their kind and professional service, for getting right to it and for giving back my car in better condition than it has been for the past few years. I highly recommend contacting Zamora's for any kind of Auto Repair.

  I am truly disappointed and upset with the service provided by Zamoras Auto Body. After taking my sister's car there following a deer collision incident, all we needed were a new bumper and lights, which were initially quoted at a staggering $15,000. However, upon retrieving the vehicle, we realized that not only were the bumper and lights missing, but the side door panel and fender were also nowhere to be found, a clear violation of the legal requirement to return all parts. Feeling like we were being taken advantage of, my sister sought a second opinion from a different mechanic who quoted a mere $2,000 to address all the damages—a significant difference from Zamoras' quotation and what was covered by insurance. This experience has left me deeply concerned, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this shop. I am considering taking legal action as I believe this treatment is completely unjust and unacceptable.
