  Said it closes 1am… I arrive at 11:39 and it’s not opened 💔 fully shut down. Place looks good just if trying to go in night time prob wouldn’t recommend

  I’ve been a few times and the food is good. One thing: I ordered the Zalim Burger and asked for no pickles. The cashier reassured me they’re not even included. I open up my burger at home and guess what I see? Like 10 pickles! The place isn’t bad, but I found this interaction to be really odd.

  Food was good, chicken and fries were hot, but the burgers were cold. Service needs work as the counter guy barely acknowledged my husband, swapped our Ginger Ale for a Coke without saying anything, and only explained when asked. Better communication and consistency would make the experience much better.

  The customer service was underwhelming, and the burger was average at best. The fries also looked nothing like the photos advertised, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.
