- MVMindy Vu3 days ago1.0I waited over 30 minutes on Sunday to install the screen protector on my phone. Nobody was there when the business hour is from 11am-6pm. I came all the way to the mall for this purpose, and my whole afternoon was wasted. I hope for better communication in the future

He was very meticulous at getting the screen savers adjusted perfectly set on my phone. He needs to use that meticulous attribute if when wearing his black fingernail polish, especially when working customer service! Just saying!....LOL. Nice kid. :) Happy October!

Verizon suggested I go to the Zagg and see if they could help. Well, Curtis at Zagg found me in their system by my phone number and replaced my screen protector in 5 minutes for $12. I’ll always buy Zagg products from now on.
