I went to two retail stores trying to replaced my screen and one, didn’t honor the warranty and the 2nd place was closed at 6pm. I raced to Victoria Gardens since they close at 8pm (Thank God) and Timothy was so kind and had excellent customer service. He took the time to explain my options and even exchanged my privacy dark screen for a regular but extra thicker screen. He worked on my screen saver for a good 10 mins. Removing all the air bubbles, I felt like he was working on his very own cell phone. It showed that he cares about what he does and he was very pleasant to chat with. You got an amazing employee there, Zagg of Victoria Gardens. Timothy deserves a raise!!
