He refused to replace my screen protector without the old one (literally had just taken it off and thrown it in a mall trash) and wouldn’t look up my number to see that I had a warranty. When I tried to discuss the policy and ask for some consideration he argued with me and had no understanding. Generally the customer service here is great but Cade was awful to work with.

I go through more Zagg protectors than the average person, so I’m a regular, but this was my first time at this location. Nicole was the one who did the install, and she was QUICK and there were NO BUBBLES! I was thrilled! Highly recommend coming here for your Zagg needs!
