The staff is always friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful every time I stop by. Whether it’s getting a screen protector replaced or checking out new accessories, they always take great care of me and make sure everything is done right. It’s rare to find such consistent, outstanding service these days, but this team truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend ZAGG at Stonebriar to anyone who values great customer service and quality work!

- CCcarlitareginaOct 15, 20251.0Brought my Iphone 14pro to this ZAAG and had a TERRIBLE experience regarding the repair that was done. I requested to replace one of the glass lens that was cracked. When I made a test to check the quality of my pictures, it was worse than before. Blurried pictures are not normal. Ben, "manager", said that it was like that before the repair, but the photos I took before hadn't any blurr. Went back there another day trying to fix the problem, Ben made it even worse than before and aware of it he said that could fix the problem replacing the whole camera, but I would receive a random message saying that the new camera was not being recognized and that I had to assume a risk of making my photos even worse. I said that I would take the risk and left my contact with him to tell me when the parts arrived at the store. NEVER received any call back. DON'T GO TO ZAAG to have your phone fixed.

Your team at Stonebriar mall is amazing every time we go they’re smiling. They do their work perfectly. I’ve never had a bubble and the line, even if there is one goes Not quickly, but perfectly so you’re not waiting too long. We always go to Zack. I would never go anywhere else for the covering of my phone.
