- BHBryan HillOct 21, 20255.0We went in last week to get screen protectors replaced. My wife's phone was first. It took the gentlemen about a minutes to change. Then came my phone. The front screen took about a minute my camera screen's. The first 2 came off easily the 3rd on broke my back glass. The gentlemen freaked out. I told him he was fine. He called both his bosses. They told me give them a couple of days and they would contact me. He also was told not to charge me for both screen protectors. They called me today and fixed my phone pluse replaced my screen saver again. They did a excellent job. I am so very grateful for all the hospitality. I would highly recommend Zagg to anyone I know. Yall get 10 stars from me. Thanks guys awsome job.

- AKAiden KelleyOct 2, 20251.0I went in and got my camera lens protector installed, and less than one hour later I looked at my phone and the protector was gone, unfortunately it was not either installed properly or did not stick. Neither of those issues being my fault. I called the store the next day to try and get a replacement for free since it was less than 24 hours of me purchasing the item and the employee on the phone said that there is nothing they could do to help me other than for me to come in and buy one brand new. No warranty, nothing. I have had good experiences with this store in the past however this specific incident has rubbed me the wrong way.
