- JTJason Thomas5 days ago1.0Extremely inefficient company. I ordered a couple items on the 18th of October (yes I understand that is a weekend). Discounting the weekend, it is now Friday October 24th and my items according to USPS still have not shipped. So if you have recently purchased a phone or other device or looking for other items there are plenty of other vendors that are extremely more efficient. You will not receive your order for several weeks. I have never seen such a lackadaisical approach to business. USPS comes EVERY day. Why is it still awaiting carrier (USPS) pickup? Terrible business processes.

- RPRob PetkoffOct 8, 20251.0The warranty is worthless. Mine stopped working at 3 months. Put in a request to the website, charged me shipping for a new one, everything looks good. Next day I got an email that they cancelled my request with no further information. Replied with my proof of purchase... Now I'm in an endless loop of computer generated emails - none of which are helpful. Must be cheaper than providing jobs to real humans, but it also makes sure I'll never purchase their products again. Customer service - or the lack of it - matters.
