They were out of the screen protector I needed at another store but I didn't even know there was one in Easton so I looked it up myself and called and Chloe said she will hold it for me. So I drove over there and got it. She was very nice and I even got a new case too 😁

I had dropped my phone before I had received my phone case in the mail. Of course, the phone landed face down on the pavement! ZAGG shield saved the phone!! No damage to my screen but the shield was severely cracked and crumbling. I returned to ZAGG expecting to pay for a replacement, but got it free! They have a policy that if it is damaged within 2 weeks of purchase you get the replacement free. Awesome!

Extremely disappointing experience.
I dropped my iPhone, resulting in cracks on the lower half of the screen. Despite the damage, the phone continued to function normally. I went to ZAGG for a screen replacement, which took about 45 minutes. Initially, everything seemed fine—until I plugged the phone into my car. It immediately shut off, and the screen began flickering with the Apple logo repeatedly.
I returned to the store within minutes. The technician replaced the screen again, not once, but twice. Eventually, he said the phone couldn’t be repaired, reinstalled the original (now more damaged) screen, and issued a refund. Unfortunately, the phone is now in worse condition than before: it drops calls, won’t charge properly, and the screen brightness no longer adjusts.
I was told to take it to Apple.
ZAGG not only failed to fix the issue—they made it significantly worse. A complete waste of time and money.
