We decided to go with a new battery and after about 20 minutes we were able to pay and be on our way. The phone is working fine now. We will definitely use their repair services in the future should we need them.

They didn't have my protector in stock and referred me to go around the corner to Zagg... glad they did. Relatively easy process once I engaged with the manager. Would recommend going to them for your warrantied screen protector purchases. You do have to pay $12 for replacements but it's easy in and easy out
