I’ve been a otterbox symmetry case girl for many years, but I think my next case will come from ZAGG with their excellent warranty. While I was there, he assisted another customer and she left with a smile as well.

The process for fixing my phone was quick, it took maybe about an hour and during the process the clerk was very friendly and we had a great conservation. Overall it was a pleasent experience and I would return again if I needed to get my phone fixed.

- BSBob SmithOct 4, 20255.0Sheraz, who works there, is the best. The service (Sheraz and Lakshmi) is top-flight and they are very helpful and also honest. My iPhone had extensive water damage and I hadn't backed it up and my charge port wasn't working anyway. Lakshmi said she will try to replace the screen and the battery and see if it works. They call me the next day and I come over and clearly it only works off the charger and that too, not reliably. Now, what to do about the data that has not been backed up? Sheraz McGyvered a solution for me in which I backed up the photos and messages over to the hard drive of their desktop and then over to my OneDrive and then I deleted them off the phone. And then since the phone really didn't work, I only had to pay for the diagnostics. That was very fair. They didn't try to charge me more. I appreciate their integrity. Plus, Sheraz is super-friendly and he and the ever-smiling Lakshmi were so pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend the place.
