They offer no solutions to a problem, just seems they don’t care. I just was looking to borrow the tray to align a screen protector because Zagg doesn’t give you one with a warranty anymore so i have the screen protector I just needed a try to put mine on and they wouldn’t let me just put my own protector on right there. If they don’t make money some how then they don’t care about you
