The staff is always helpful, provide objective opinions on whether I should get something for my phone. This time, Sam at the Annapolis store installed both the screen protector, I bought directly from zag, one from him and recommended something which fit perfectly for my phone. Everyone there is always super helpful and friendly. Having worked 20+ years in retail, I wish every retail experience could be like this!

She was supposed to get the front screen replaced and instead she ripped the cable that connects the screen with the rest of the phone. When I came back to pick it up she told me that my iPhone had water damage when I only had the phone ONE month. The phone was ruined after that and I had to get a brand new one 🤬. overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. And good up if you end up there.
