  Have finally found the perfect pet store - quality and variety of food and merchandise is incredible. And Katia is simply the best. Knowledgeable and informative and kind. We are so glad they are on the island!

  I love my weekly visits to Z Bones for many reasons. Katia truly cares about her customers (both the animals and the owners!). She goes above and beyond to accommodate the variety of needs our pets have and no matter what is going on when I walk in the door I am acknowledged and treated like a friend. She is hard working, efficient, dedicated to her customers and always has a smile. My day is always brighter after a visit to her store. Z Bones has become a hub for animals who look forward to a treat and attention from the other shoppers. It is a fun experience each trip into her store-always meeting new dogs and their owners. Ten Stars.
