  Clean; professional & friendly. Kudos to the manager who helped smooth out a mis-understanding by a first time client. Nice work w/my pup as well by his groomer. We'll be back.

  This was my pup and my first visit. The appointment was easy to make, and they had convenient options for drop-off and pick-up times. The groomer made my pup feel comfortable and asked questions on how I’d like to customize her haircut. My pup had quite a few tangles behind her ears from her and my other pup playing, and the girls were really careful to detangle them without buzzing her head, which I genuinely appreciate. They kept her for about 4 hours, and when I picked her up, she was shiny and beautiful. The receptionist gave us a care bag to take home after we paid. The pricing and service were very fair, so we will be back in the near future.

  Friendly, caring, snd professional staff. Our dog was well groomed and cared for which showed in her happy demeanor, when we picked her up. Will definitely use Yuppy Puppy again.
