  My siblings and I worked with Dan Jay at York Law Firm to settle an elder abuse case regarding our mother against a large senior care corporation. I recommend Mr. Jay and the York Law Firm for his expertise as an attorney who specializes in elder abuse cases. Mr. Jay's professional approach and communication was excellent. Having never been involved in a law suit or arbitration, I appreciated his thorough explanations and patience about what to expect throughout the process. He spend whatever time we needed educating us and answering our questions. Mr Jay provided us with clear guidance as we made important decisions before and during the arbitration. I also appreciated Mr. Jay's kind and caring approach during this emotionally difficult experience, making it less painful than it might have been. In the end, the settlement was as good as we felt we could expect due to his perseverance and for that I am grateful.

  How do you guys email a call me saying you can help but when I got strap throat and don’t respond to a text. You decide to send me a text message saying that you can’t represent me. 😑 money hungry or what!!

  Very reliable. Always kept me up to date on what was going on. Didn’t hurry for a settlement until I was happy. Very accommodating and came to my house when needed.
