Microbrews, cocktails & pub eats served in a British-inspired space with modern décor & sports TVs.
"The Yeoman's Cask & Lion story is one of growth and a celebration of British culture and is now one of the best sports bars in the Tampa Bay area. While the upgrade and update certainly changed the vibe of our English pub, it never changed the heart and history behind it. Today we are ultra-modern, extraordinarily spacious, and full of eclectic pop art and memorabilia."
My first and last time here. The bartender had nearly the entire bar top and all the tables which severely affected getting even decent service. My appetizer and meal came about a minute apart. I asked the person, which looked like a manager, for ketchup and she walked off and never came back. The bartender/server never asked me how my food was. The burger was very pink, some parts a little bloody. I like my meat cooked all the way through. I ended up eating the better cooked part since nobody ever came back to get it fixed and took the rest home to cook appropriately. It took forever to get my drink, box and bill so I ended up being late back to work. Prices are too high though the lunch specials made it alright. Also, music was way too loud to hear. I only saw one other server and wish I had her since I saw her very engaged with her tables.

Yeomans is a Irish pub/sports bar. Atmosphere is loud and fun, food is better than I expected, and the service was great. We had seven people and the waitress was there every time we needed something. Great place to hang out before or after events at the downtown arena. A keeper for sure.

Waited 20 mins for waitress before saying “screw this place”. Thankfully I went theee before I brought some clients the next day. Will not be bringing anyone there. What a horrible first impression.

If you have not been to Yeoman's Downtown on Morgan street you are really missing out. This is not the place to go for a quiet romantic evening, but if you've got a loud rambunctious crew that wants to drink some beer and have a really good time while also experiencing exceptionally delicious and interesting food, then this is the place for you!
Things to note:
- The calories abound. Low fat is not the focus here. The food is shiny, salty, and fabulous.
- The portions are sizeable. You WILL have leftovers.
- Commit to dessert. They have a great selection and it's all really yummy!
- Ask for samples and tastings of sauces and things. Yeoman's gave us a full cup of curry wing sauce and a plate of their homemade fried potato chips to dip in it so we could see if we liked it before we ordered it on our wings. (It was so good!)
For the Table:
Bangers and Mash (An old friend)
Westmin. Wedge salad (nice twist!)
Kimchi Burger&Fries (delicious, unique)
Wings with Coconut Curry sauce (epic)
Devil's on Horseback (Do It!)
Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding (you will be able to die happy after eating this).
Pumpkin Spice Ale (I think...?)
Don't be misled... they do have Top Golf suites here, but that is not what this restaurant is about. This restaurant is about celebrating the fusion of old and new, with a dash of sarcasm and just really freaking good food and beverages. Go. eat. drink. Be merry, and make some gastric memories! CHEERS!
