Terrible service. We had to wait a month for a tech to come out to our house. They charged us over $400 and the new sensor didn't resolve the problem. We have switched to Alwine Security the service is night and day.

No response and we have had an issue for 4 months. They said it was the battery. New battery purchased and still doesn’t work we should get immediate service and a refund!.
