  I love the furniture that we have received so far. On delivery day, the person that helped us in the store had me order too many inserts for the sectional, so those needed to be returned with the covers. I was told by customer service to return with the delivery company along with the table that had no hardware to put it together. Three weeks later, the table is supposed to be delivered on Thursday and today I finally received a refund for the two inserts.

  Love this furniture. High quality, attractive and otherwise hard to find. The Cincinnati store is conveniently located and has a fully stocked attractive showroom. It was easy to order and the delivery was timely as promised. Good communication and expert installation completed a pleasant transaction.

  Staff were nice and seemed to value being open and honest over making a sale. Furniture company is environmentally conscious, with their wicker made from recycled sea plastic. We decided to buy a set of furniture from them and couldn't be happier. The rocking wicker chairs are super comfy!
