I had a great experience -picking out furniture. Very helpful sales associate gave me time and answered all my questions, then gave me his card and said I could call him to help order everything online. I called about a week later and he walked me through everything, he ordered and took the guess work out of the whole process, it was simple--even though part of my order was back ordered--I got half the order in time to use it for the sunny fall we had, and the rest just arrived for a great thanksgiving gathering. I am super pleased with the Winnie furniture it came all assembled and really carefully packed. the furniture is quality and sturdy, great cushions and I love the navy. I expect to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you for the opportunity to say what a great experience I had and what nice furniture I received--a very happy customer.

Customer Service in the store was great. They helped with coordinating shipping to Hawaii. The furniture is top quality and comfortable. We love it and can't wait to add more pieces to our set.

We ordered our furniture from this store and they were very nice and helpful. I wanted to combine a loveseat from one collection with the swivel rocker chairs of another, and they helped me move things all over. They left me alone to think about it and rearrange everything--which is nice! LOVE the quality and the wicker in the Harriet loveseat blends perfectly with the faux teak of the Eden chairs. I was worried it would stand out, since the Harriet loveseat was the one that fit the space the best. Very happy! I was only worried when I didn't actually receive an email when the furniture had shipped. Only when it arrived in my city in the delivery warehouse. But it shipped out in exactly 2 weeks, and arrived in like 5-6 days, so all was fine. The "white glove" delivery went fine, and they took all the trash away. :)
I ordered 2 teak loungers from Yardbird. 1 teak lounger arrived and 1 wicker. They first questioned if the one I said was wicker was actually wicker. (hmm, hard to mix those two up ;)) To send the wicker back, they first sent a FedEx pickup with out even confirming the date or time with me. Then, they sent another one and said I'd have to print a bill of landing to hand the driver. I don't have a printer, so they said they would have the driver bring it. The driver did not bring the bill of landing. Luckily he had the form and I hand copied everything over. The next teak lounger arrived with severe splitting at 2 of the joints and I had to get a replacement. The next one looked good. Then, I got a bill from FedEx for the return shipment. I reached out to Yardbird and they said they would take care of it. Then, another bill came. I reached out again, again they said they would make sure it would be taken care of. Then, I got a notice that FedEx was sending me to collections because the bill still wasn't paid. On principle, I don't think customers should be stuck with bills for a company's shipping errors. Additionally, it's very concerning that the company put a customer in this situation. At this point, I don't trust the company at all. All I wanted was 2 loungers, from when the first shipment arrived, this has been drawn out over 4 months of working through everything. What a headache and waste of time. As a resident of Bellevue, I can't recommend this company. If you'd like a side job sorting out your order, you might be ok ordering from them.
