We recently bought some outdoor furniture from Yardbirds. The whole experience was great from the buying of the furniture to t delivery and set-up. We received the furniture this week (a mere two weeks after ordering) and the delivery guys were very efficient. Due to contractual terms, however, they were not allowed to set up the umbrella. The store manager came out (30+ minute drive) to set up our umbrella. That is some service. We absolutely LOVE the furniture and would recommend it (and this store) to anyone.

We spent a lot of money at Yardbird for the product to not be what we had originally been shown in the showroom. The customer service and the return process has been a nightmare. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Products were damaged and the quality is not even close to what we expected.

We bought a set a couple of years ago. While changing the rug underneath our furniture we broke several of the clips that hold our wicker sectional together. I contacted yardbird to see if I could purchase additional clips. They sent them to me for free and it was super quick. Great customer service, I really appreciate it!

My husband and I are very happy with the purchase of our table and chairs and umbrella. they are very well made and sturdy. The chairs are comfy and the additional umbrella to shade our already existing table is working out perfectly to bring some additional shade to our backyard.
