  We are really happy with our outdoor furniture from Yardbird we had a great customer service experience in the Rockville store and even more so recently when I reached out to customer service via the website to ask about maintenance, I was really pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and guidance provided by the team. thanks!

  Purchased 2 love seats and coffee table from the Luna Collection. Love the finish and how light weight and easy the frame is to move. Fabric soft and just the right amount of support.

  My wife and I had looked around at several outdoor furniture stores and were very impressed with the quality and comfort of the table and chairs in the Yardbirds show room. I wanted a good quality comfortable outside table that has style and we did find it at Yardbirds. The individual who helped us was knowledgeable and pleasant. And we bought a table with a umbrella and six chairs. It should be noted that when the table and chairs arrived there were some scratches on the table and three of the chairs. I called to inform the individual at Yardbirds and he patched me on through to the corporate office and they without reservation sent me a new table and three new chairs and we evaluated those and there were no scratches and everything was pristine . We are now using our table and chairs in our backyard and we are very happy with them and very comfortable. This past Sunday morning I had breakfast then read the paper while sitting in the chair under the umbrella and it was enjoyable. I was very happy with the support that I received from this company. Too often you order something and then when it is not correct then you have to deal with the backend of the company and there’s a big letdown. This isn’t so with Yardbirds. Hopefully you won’t have any scratches or problems with your new furniture, however it’s nice to know that the company stands behind their work.

  Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. We told him what we wanted , and he showed us what would fit our needs. He kept us informed as to our delivery date, which was timely. Delivery was complete with set up and removal of all boxes. The entire experience was positive. We love our table and chairs, and dine alfresco whenever possible. We referred a friend who is now awaiting her delivery.
