  The furniture is very comfortable and solid. I’d give 5 stars except for delivery. We paid for white glove delivery with assembly but the couch didn’t come with screws so I had to contact customer service. They send a package of screws a week later. Then I had to put on the legs myself. Except after waiting a week for screws, Yardbird didn’t send enough screws and some of the screws looked used. One was stripped. Also, it didn’t come with the hex tool/Allen wrench you’re supposed to use to screw in the screws. I didn’t want to wait another week for more screws since we had company coming so I had to go to Home Depot and figure out what size screws to buy. So I spent $15 on screws. And I remembered my dad once got me a set of Allen wrenches so I found one that fit, otherwise I would have had to buy one of those too. So it wasn’t the “white glove” service advertised. IKEA may be cheap, but at least they always supply ample hardware and the tool to put it together. The furniture is very nice, but it’s a lot of headache. If you’re not able to put it together yourself, you might need to consider another option.

  This is a great location. They have a good selection of products, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I came in several times as I was making decisions on if and what to order, and they were always attentive but not pushy at all. And when I did decide to order, they were great about setting expectations in terms of timing, delivery, etc. And at the end of the day, the furniture is fantastic! And, true to the sales pitch, after I saw what I ordered in my space and decided I wanted and had room for more pieces, I was able to easily add on pieces to make my loveseat more of a sectional. Great experience!

  Love our new furniture! Walked into the Tysons store not expecting much but we were very impressed. The quality of furniture was great, staff was helpful and the entire process was quick and easy. We have been enjoying our set now for a few months and we are extremely satisfied.

  Shopping at Yardbird was relaxed and easy. I loved all of the modern designs and finishes. I also loved that things were ready to ship within 2 weeks. Delivery was also perfect - 10 minutes and everything was set up and ready to use. We love it!
