While my in-store experience was overall positive, I strongly caution anyone against purchasing from this company. I ordered an outdoor furniture set, and upon inspection, found a chair had a very noticeable defect suspiciously hidden under the protective paper on the arm. This indicates a significant quality control issue and suggests that damaged products are knowingly being shipped to customers.
When I contacted customer service, they were completely dismissive of the issue, and were entirely unwilling to offer a satisfactory resolution. This company's customer service does not stand by their product and refuses to work with customers when defective items are sent. Such a disappointing experience.

Everything at yardbird has been a great experience. The in person store has great staff who answered all of my questions and helped me complete my order. I had a small glitch during delivery and the customer service team immediately rectified issue. Have nothing but good things to say about the sectional purchased also- high quality items that look fantastic

We were very happy with the customer service at Yardbird and purchased an Eden outdoor loveseat and two matching side tables. The Sunbrella cushions are deep and very comfortable, and the aluminum frame is sturdy and very well made. We highly recommend this Minnesota company for their environmental ethic and great staff.
