  Furniture set looks fantastic. Unfortunately, 5/6 of our chairs came with flaws. The flaws impact appearance, not ability to use. For the money you pay, would not expect this many issues. They only threw money at the problem and sent a touch up paint marker. After openings out last chair and there being flaws as well, they emailed back and just said they are confident that the marker will fix the flaws. Not what you expect when paying thousands for the product.

  Amazing customer service ☺️ got a free root beer float n a pair of sunglasses. Very friendly, well decorated and welcoming

  Loved visiting the Royal Oak store and the quality of furniture is excellent. The delivery and clean up from assembly was also great. The only negative part of my experience was that our bench was back ordered even longer than the original order do we had to split the order delivery. Last piece just came which was about 10 weeks from order.
