  Yardbird is not worth the money due to the quality of the product being significantly worse than advertised and them not honoring their warranty. I've had a Langdon couch for 3 years, and the wicker is busted and very weak /brittle. I informed them and they said it was just wildlife. Funny how none of the other furniture on my deck gets any wildlife damage. So either their furniture exclusively gets attached by wildlife, or their warranty is just never honored. Either way, expensive product and very short lasting. The covers also rip very easy, and any wind blows them around.

  The team at our Yardbird store was very helpful, moving around furniture to display exactly what we decided to purchase. They helped explain the process from start to finish which eased our concerns.

  I bought the Waverly outdoor patio set with a double sectional, 2 swivel chairs and an ottoman. I hesitated to visit the store in person due to the pandemic so I worked with Jenn in the Overland Park store by phone, text and email. She sent me all the close up pictures I asked for and answered all of my questions. She worked with me to help me understand the financing. She was great! I ended up ordering without ever visiting the store in person. The delivery guys were respectful and wore masks. Very polite. I have the furniture inside in my sunroom. I love it! It's comfortable and beautiful. I can't speak to how it does in bad weather since I have it inside, but I did have an incident where my daughters dog was "guest" for a couple of days. The dog peed on the couch. I couldn't believe how easily it cleaned up! Overall I would highly recommend. In fact, I'm considering buying a couple more swivel chairs for my front porch. They are elegant and comfy!
