  I can't say enough good things about Rob! He is, without a doubt, the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He paid attention to every single detail of the project, and his communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. Highly recommended give him a call you will be impressed.

  We were so pleased with a previous room restoration Yankee did for us that we called them again when we needed two new windows. Sounds like a "small" job right? NOPE. This is an antique house. There were lots of surprises - rotted wall and sill, wretched vinyl siding, badly installed gutters. Job included rebuilding part of a wall, reframing and installing windows, insulation, cedar siding, repainting outside, and interior woodwork. Sound craftsmanship, quality focused crew, very professional behavior and great cost control. Thanks ROB!

  Yankee Restorations was referred to me to fix my main bathroom shower as there was a leakage on the shower floor and made the best decision to hire them. Rob was very meticulous on evaluating the problem and on determining the extend of the damage. He did a phenomenal job fixing the shower foor with great attention to detail. Rob was very responsible and responsive during the project. I highly recommend Yankee Restorations without reservations for your home projects.

  I relocated here from a large house to a small house. It was missing something, a view and access to the wooded backyard. After a search for a local contractor I contacted Yankee Restorations and soon heard from Rob. Plans soon progressed from a simple screened porch with an exit to a windowed addition with a pellet stove to make it a four season room. Rob and Jaima made the whole process easy for me by recommending good quality materials and solid construction. The men who worked for me were quiet and respectful, nary a bad word. That meant a lot. Other improvements were made around the house as well: railings, bulkhead replaced and a side porch replaced. All made a very modest home more valuable and appealing.
