  If I could give 6 stars I would. I usually don't leave reviews either way, but I had to for my experience with Yancey Rents in Macon and dealing with my rental rep Logan. Sorry if this is a long review. I have rented smaller equipment (Skid steers & Mini-Exs) before from private owner-operators, but I needed a Dozer and Mini-Ex with hammer for my project. I thought going through a large operation like Yancey that customer service would be lacking and getting the equipment delivered on time may be a problem. This couldn't be farther from what happened. Even though I am sure Logan has large construction companies that spend a lot of money renting equipment, he gave me, a personal/ homeowner operator, the same customer service he would the big guys. He set me up with Cat Credit, explained how the invoice process was. He was able to secure me the D3 dozer I needed, and it was delivered on time. Also, towards the end my project, I ran into some rock/ shale so I needed to rent a mini-Ex with hammer. When I hit the rock, I had to be done with the whole project within 48 hours. Within 2 hours of calling, he had me a quote, and within 24 hours the mini-ex was on site ready to work. After work was complete, he followed up, kept me in the loop, and resolved an invoicing issue within 12 hours. Whenever I talked to the credit department, they were very nice and answered my all questions. Overall, a great experience with a large company all the way around, especially Logan and the ladies in the credit department. Thank you so much and I will be doing business with ya'll again. Thanks!
